Welcome to OldBoy By using the OldBoy Barbershop website, booking an appointment, or visiting one of our locations, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Services Offered OldBoy provides professional grooming services, including but not limited to haircuts, beard trims, shaves, styling, and grooming packages. Appointments and Walk-Ins Appointments can be scheduled online or in person. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. While we strive to honor all bookings, unforeseen delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible. 4. Cancellations and Late Arrivals We ask that clients cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality service for all clients. 5. Payments All prices are clearly listed and may be subject to change. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit/debit cards, mobile payment options, and cash. Gratuities are appreciated but not required. 6. Gift Cards and Promotions OldBoy gift cards are valid for services and products but are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotional discounts must be presented before payment and cannot be combined unless specified. 7. Health and Hygiene Policy We maintain strict hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations. If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to contagious illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and other clients. 8. Code of Conduct OldBoy is committed to providing a respectful, professional environment. Aggressive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy. 9. Personal Belongings Clients are responsible for their personal items. OldBoy is not liable for lost or damaged belongings during your visit. 10.
