Refund Policy – OldBoy Barbershop At OldBoy, we take pride in every cut, shave, and style we deliver. Our barbers are trained professionals who believe grooming is an art — not just a routine. We want every client to walk out feeling sharp, confident, and taken care of. But if something’s not right, we’ll face it head-on, just like a gentleman should. Our Promise We stand by our craftsmanship. If you’re not satisfied with the result of your service, let us know before you leave, or within a reasonable time. We’ll always do our best to fix it — whether that means a touch-up, a re-style, or a conversation about what went wrong. When Refunds May Be Offered Refunds are not common at OldBoy, but may be considered in these rare cases: You were charged for a service you didn’t receive. A technical or booking error caused you to miss your scheduled appointment and it was our fault. A prepaid service was canceled by us due to staff or scheduling issues and you can’t or don’t wish to reschedule. In these cases, we may offer a full or partial refund, or issue a credit for future use — depending on what works best for you. When Refunds Are Not Provided We do not issue refunds for: Change of mind after a service has been completed. Dissatisfaction based on personal style preference after confirming the cut during consultation. No-shows or late arrivals (arriving more than 10 minutes after your appointment may result in a canceled slot). Gift card or voucher redemptions (non-refundable and non-transferable). Please remember: once the hair’s been cut, there’s no Ctrl+Z — but we’ll always make it right if we’ve genuinely missed the mark. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged a fee or deposit withheld. No-shows will be charged in full. We get it — life happens.
